MCCA AND LEXIS-NEXIS MARTINDALE-HUBBELL COMBINE TO OFFER $15,000 FOR WINNERS OF SPECIAL FELLOWSHIP
The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) has partnered with LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell (LNMH) to celebrate the launch of the MCCA Community on Martindale-Hubbell Connected by offering two special LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Connected Fellowship Awards. Based upon a competitive selection process, MCCA and LNMH will choose two recipients who will each receive a $15,000 fellowship funded through the generosity of LNMH to assist in furthering the educational and professional objectives of two third-year law students (1 male and 1 female) who anticipate graduating from law school in Spring 2010.
The two $15,000 awards will be presented at the MCCA Diversity Dinner, which will take place in New York City at the Marriott Marquis on November 11, 2009. Applications are due on or before October 9, 2009. Click here for the application form. Review the rules, selection criteria, and if you will be a third-year law student (or equivalent in the case of part-time/evening) who anticipates receiving your law degree (J.D. only, LLM candidates are not eligible to apply) in Spring 2010, you are eligible to apply! Complete applications will be accepted via hard copy sent by mail or courier only. No applications will be accepted by email or fax. Only those who anticipate graduating from law school in Spring 2010 are eligible to apply.
Application deadline: October 9, 2009.
