The Vietnamese American Bar Association of Southern California (VABASC) and the 4th Annual National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (NCVAA) are pleased to announce that they will be awarding up to 3 scholarships to deserving law students for the 2009-2010 school year.
Scholarship recipients will be acknowledged at the dinner gala for the 4th Annual NCVAA to be held this year on October 17, 2009, in Huntington Beach, California.
