The Sacramento County Bar Association is pleased to announce that the 2009 Sacramento County Bar Association’s Bench Bar Reception will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2009, from 5:30 -7:30 p.m., at the Citizen Hotel. All details are in the attached announcement. Food, drink, and jazz! The Bench Bar Reception is much more than a social gathering. Rather, it is a reflection of the collegial relationship that exists between our local bench and our local bar. A fun time will be had by all as we celebrate the collegial relationship between the bench and bar in the legal community! We will be recognizing the new members of the Sacramento County Bench and honoring the judge of the year, Presiding Judge James Mize. WLS will also be presenting it Karen Stevens Scholarship.
